Ques. | How do I register? |
Ans. | It is easy to register as a Geewiz user. Just select the Register tab at the top of the screen to get started. You only need to provide an email address, password, user ID and your name. Then you will be able to view the reserve price (if provided) and bid history. |

Ans. | Each property listed for auction on geewizauctions.com can potentially receive a 5 star Integrity Rating. The information that is considered worthy of an Integrity Rating can be found by clicking the 'What is star rating?' link visible on each property page.

Ques. | How do I sell my home on geewizauctions.com? |
Ans. | Find an Accredited “Geewiz” real estate agent using the search function on the left hand menu. If there isn’t an agent in your locality contact us at local@geewizauctions.com. If you are currently selling, ask your agent to put you on “Geewiz”. It's easy to link your sale to an auction. If they are not Accredited Agents, email their details to us. |

Ques. | Do I have to accept the highest bid offered? |
Ans. | If the highest bid does not meet or exceed the reserve price the answer is NO. If it does, then the answer is YES providing the bidder has not added conditions to the purchase. In that case you reserve the right not to accept a bid. All properties are sold subject to the reserve price being met.
