EARLY BIRD OFFERS
Properties are advertised and marketed for sale by online auction generally over 35 days.
During the first 30 days buyers can make an offer to the agent in the traditional way and these offers to purchase are presented to the seller for a quick response.
If the seller accepts the offer then the property is considered sold and there will not be any bidding.
If an offer has not been accepted prior to the published auction start time then all bids must be made online.
Check the start and finish times. They are published next to the property
BIDDING ONLINE
Anybody can Bid whether it's Cash;
Conditional on finance approval; or
Conditional on the sale of your property
All bids can be seen by the public just as it is with a traditional auction.
All bidders can read, download or print off all documents related to the property. If you would like to have your legal advisor look over them for you, there’s plenty of time.
Before you make a bid you can visit the property as you normally would.
When bidding you are only required to enter the $ amount of your bid
Your bid will be shown on the property page along with your chosen screen name
If you are the winning bidder the agent that listed the property for sale will be in touch with you to attend to all the paperwork.
Geewiz, what could be easier than that.
